Unitouch Tours & Travels is a fully registered and legally compliant tour operator based in Mombasa, Kenya. We are officially licensed by the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA), an organization that ensures tourist handlers demonstrate high levels of professionalism and integrity. By law, any entity intending to offer commercial tours on public land needs to have a tour operator's license from the TRA. Furthermore, we recognize that clients have more confidence in dealing with ground handlers who are not only licensed by the Government but are also members of recognized trade associations. That is why we operate in alignment with the Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO), which enforces a strict code of ethics approved by the Authority. We warmly invite you to request our official incorporation documents, TRA license number, and KATO credentials for your peace of mind.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services. If you leave a tour before its completion, the remaining value of the tour is entirely forfeited. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
We process your personal information in strict compliance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. Your data is never sold and is only used to fulfill legitimate service purposes, such as booking your safari or processing payments.
Payments can be securely made via approved credit cards, internet transfer, Mpesa, Airtel, Paypal, Sendwave,Western Union, or SWIFT bank transfer. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has successfully cleared into our accounts.
In the event of Force Majeure (such as unexpected national park closures, natural disasters, or epidemics), we do not assume liability for cash refunds. Instead, we may issue a non-refundable credit note valid for up to 24 months toward future travel.
Cancellations must be requested in writing. A tiered penalty system applies depending on notice: cancellations made more than 90 days before departure incur a 10% fee, while cancellations less than 30 days prior result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking value.
